Jamie founded Notter Consulting in 2001, after nearly ten years working in nonprofit organizations in both the conflict resolution and diversity fields. His master's degree is in conflict resolution and he also holds a certificate in Organization Development. Through Notter Consulting, he has worked with corporations, government agencies, nonprofits, and small businesses, although his primary client base consists of associations.
