Jamie Notter is President of Notter Consulting, a firm that helps leaders master the human side of organizations. He brings expertise in conflict resolution, organization development, and human dynamics to projects that help clients both build internal capacity and deal with immediately pressing issues in real time. Clients include the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization, the American Massage Therapy Association, the National Association of Home Builders, the National Association of Independent Schools, MedeFinance, Inc., the World Wildlife Fund, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and the government of Montgomery County, Maryland. Prior to launching Notter Consulting in 2001, Notter spent two years providing diversity training and consulting in organizations, and before that, Notter worked for six years providing conflict resolution training internationally. Notter has published many articles and two books. He co-wrote We Have Always Done It That Way: 101 Things About Associations We Must Change in 2006, and he published Generational Diversity in the Workplace: Hype Won’t Get You Results as an e-book in 2007. In 2005 Notter and fellow consultant, Jeff De Cagna, co-founded Association Renewal LLC, a firm that helps leaders rebuild associations for growth.
